From Construction to Occupancy: Navigating the Net Zero Journey

From Construction to Occupancy: Navigating the Net Zero Journey - Green Badger

Recorded on: Wednesday, October 1st, 2025

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT

Join the Global Network for Zero (GNFZ) and Green Badger for an insightful webinar exploring the full lifecycle of a net zero project — from groundbreaking construction to day-to-day occupancy.

We’ll kick off with an introduction to GNFZ and its certification program, highlighting how it helps projects measure, manage, and reduce carbon, energy, waste, and more. We will then discuss strategies for integrating sustainable practices seamlessly during construction and how these efforts carry forward into operations and certification.

Whether you’re a developer, designer, contractor, or building operator, this session will provide practical guidance on achieving net-zero outcomes while navigating the challenges of real-world projects.

Learn how to:

  • Manage carbon, energy, and waste effectively during construction
  • Ensure a smooth transition to occupancy with sustainability built in
  • Apply best practices that accelerate net zero certification and performance
