A project team at Bernards utilized Green Badger’s LEED documentation software to streamline and automate compliance on their Ivy Station project. Ivy Station is a 500,000+ square foot development that sits adjacent to the Culver / Venice Metro Line Station in Culver City, CA along Venice and Jefferson Blvd. The development is owned by Lowe, AECOM-Canyon Partners, and Rockwood Capital. The American Concrete Institute (ACI) recently awarded the Ivy Station project the award for Outstanding Performance in Design and Engineering.
“Green Badger was very useful for storing documentation. This was my first time running LEED on a project, and Green Badger stored and organized the documentation in a way that made it easier to navigate and find, even when I came on board late and had little experience with the documentation.”
