Our latest Sustainability Report is out, and we covered a lot of ground once again. Keeping our commitment to doing our part and leading by example, Green Badger remained 140% carbon-positive for our second straight year and helped 646 teams navigate sustainability changes throughout 2025.
According to Green Badger CEO Tommy Linstroth, “Looking at the data in this report, I can say with certainty that we didn’t just keep up—we set the new tempo for innovation and progress.”
We have now served more than 13,000 professionals, including 80 percent of the Top 25 Green General Contractors, and were named the Builtworlds Top Solution for Sustainable Jobsites for the second year running. Green Badger’s impact on project success remains highly effective, with 50 percent of projects earning a higher LEED certification than originally targeted.
In 2025, our sustainability efforts also included:
- A partnership with c/naught to offset 50 tons of carbon emissions, accounting for total household energy for employees, business travel, virtual operations, and AWS hosting.
- Maintaining our JUST certification.
- Planting 6,460 through a continuing partnership with One Tree Planted.
- Delivering more than 5,000 free eResource downloads to industry professionals.
And we continued our focus on education and community support through employee volunteer hours, with 100% staff participation in wellness initiatives and time dedicated to community mentoring, USGBC leadership, and local environmental efforts.
