Christian Mayer
Sustainability Project Manager – Beck Group
As a Sustainability Project Manager, Christian works with the design and construction teams to implement and track sustainability measures in Beck’s projects. At Beck, she’s participated in the certification process for projects with both her Alma Maters and had the unique opportunity to work on the certification of Beck’s current HQ which had a fully integrated Beck design, construction, and sustainability team. She brings experience from working in the sustainable design industry in Mexico for two years and a MA in Sustainable Development at Southern Methodist University and BS in Sustainable Development at Tec de Monterrey, joining Beck in 2019.


Jonathan Simbles
Regional Scheduler – with the Beck Group
As a regional scheduler with the Beck Group, Jonathan works with Beck’s project teams in the DFW area to develop and maintain project schedules throughout the life cycle of the project and communicate back to leadership. He started at Beck in 2015 as a senior project engineer and then moved into the superintendent role before becoming a scheduler in the fall of 2019. He is originally from the Houston area and received a BBA in Business Management from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech in 2008.
