Our LEED construction software has been used to help certify projects all across the country. See what project teams are saying about how Green Badger has saved them time and reduced risk on their job sites:
CU Boulder, CASE – Boulder, CO
“Green Badger has been an extremely effective LEED credit tracking tool for us. To date, we have used Green Badger on three large projects including CASE, the Center for Academic Success and Engagement, for the University of Colorado Boulder. At CASE, the project engineer on point for LEED credit tracking returned to school to pursue a masters degree. Green badger allowed us to seamlessly transition the LEED credit information to another project engineer on the project without missing a beat.”
“Just a few of the reasons why we like Green Badger are the user-friendly interface, the more efficient management of credit data, and the better organization of the LEED credit information overall. We feel our staff using Green Badger have been more proactive and engaged with the tracking process, improving our performance and reducing our risk related to achieving contractor LEED credit.”
Gregg B., LEED AP BD + C, Preconstruction Services & Sustainability Team Member at GH Phipps
Square 50 – Washington, D.C.
For their Square 50 project, Clark demolished a firehouse in order to construct a nine-story building with one level of below-grade parking. The upper six floors of the building contain 61 affordable housing units.
“Green Badger was the primary tracking software used for LEED on our Square 50 project, and was very user-friendly. I have participated in LEED on other projects and this was definitely the best way I’ve managed it so far. I’d definitely recommend Green Badger to my future project teams.”
Megan Angelini, Project Engineer, Clark Construction
IR Building B – Davidson, NC
Sustainability professionals are often the firefighters in the LEED world – anytime a question or concern pops up, they’ve got to be ready to problem-solve. In the construction world, there’s often not a lot of time to get answers. Products are on site and need to be installed on schedule. Green Badger was able to help Choate keep projects on schedule by making the field verification process instantaneous through the mobile app, while allowing the sustainability professionals to provide real time remote assistance and stay on top of the project’s LEED status to make sure there were no bumps in the road on the way to certification.
“Green Badger provides my teams in the field with web and mobile tools that streamline their LEED compliance AND allows me to provide remote assistance anytime they need it. Plus, I’m able to make sure we’re tracking our LEED goals in real time, which reduces the risk of missing a point threshold.”
Sara O., LEED Fellow, Director of LEED / Environmental Services, Choate Construction
CBRE Group, Inc.
Managing multiple project teams across the country and maintaining consistent results can be a real challenge, as CBRE faced while acting as an owner’s representative. With 6 projects going on around the country at the same time, each with different contractors, CBRE needed a solution that would keep each team on track with a standardized, streamlined and automated process. Green Badger provided a central platform for all the projects within a project dashboard, allowing CBRE to view each project’s performance on one screen in real time – without having to constantly request updates from the projects teams or having to open a spreadsheet.
“Our clients turn to us to ensure that their sustainability objectives are consistently met from one project to the next. Green Badger connects the team in the cloud, allowing us to track progress in real-time without having to repeatedly ask for up to date copies of spreadsheets. The current database of product MSDS’s and product datasheets in Green Badger further ensures that supporting documentation is accurate and easily accessible.”

Jones Lang Lasalle
Earning LEED certification can be tough, but earning Platinum certification requires the whole team to be diligent, informed and engaged. Green Badger helped Jones Lang LaSalle earn Platinum on their WFC-29 project in Charlotte, NC. From initial training for the general contractor team (whose project team was lacking in hands-on experience with LEED) to automating the documentation process to providing transparency and oversight, Green Badger’s web and mobile solutions helped the project team achieve their lofty sustainability goals.
“The 2WFC-29 project successfully achieved LEED Platinum, and Green Badger played a big role in that process. Green Badger provided us with the visibility and transparency we needed to pull this one over the Minishline. Thanks for being part of the team!”
